We will get in touch to confirm availability and setup a time to discuss where you would like the service to enter your home. We will mark the location with white paint and measure the distance back to our hub.
We will put in a AZ811 Locate request along the path of the white line to ensure we keep our crew safe, and of course your other utilities.
We will schedule the network drop be installed once that’s complete.
Following the network drop crew, we will mount a box on the outside of your home at the location discussed. We will set our equipment, and run a cable into your home for your internet.
Finally, we will activate your service, and show you how fast it is!

Standard service is provided via one ethernet cable. You can connect this to your own router, or one you purchase.

There are many options for routers out there. Here’s a few that we’ve found to work well.

All will cover a typical 1500 sq ft home. They are Mesh enabled, meaning if you need to extend coverage to your patio, or a room in your house that’s weak in signal, you can easily add another to your network. Alternatively, we offer a managed WiFi service using similar mesh equipment. With this service, we ensure you have full coverage, and have the right equipment to handle the full speeds of the plan you purchase.

All plans are subject to a 12 month contract, which starts at the first month’s billing. Early termination is $350. Standard Installation is a one time fee of $150 as reflected in the above total. All services are prepaid, so before installation, you will need to pay the $150 one time installation fee and the first month’s service for the plan you select. Subsequent months are automatically charged to a credit or debit card on file with Remarkable WiFi LLC dba Circle City Internet. By signing up, you authorize these charges to the payment method provided. Late fees and NSF charges will apply for incomplete payments. All bills and invoices will be send electronically before their due date, but are also available within our online portal at any time.

To complete installation, you must be the homeowner according to the Maricopa County Assessor’s website and present Government issued ID at your scheduled installation. If you are a renter or other resident at the service address, you must have written consent from the property owner. Someone 18 years or owner must be present at the time of installation.

I agree to a month to month service. In order to cancel service, you must submit a 30 day cancellation notice in writing via email or ticket in the client portal. If you wish to reduce your monthly charge by entering a contract, you may do so at any time by contacting us. We will issue a $100 service credit for the different in installation fees upon signing a contract. Standard Installation is a one time fee of $250 as reflected in the above total. All services are prepaid, so before installation, you will need to pay the $250 one time installation fee and the first month’s service for the plan you select. Subsequent months are automatically charged to a credit or debit card on file with Remarkable WiFi LLC dba Circle City Internet. By signing up, you authorize these charges to the payment method provided. Late fees and NSF charges will apply for incomplete payments.
